Orders and Shipping
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on location and method. Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days, while express options may arrive in 5-7 business days.
Click “Sign Up” at the top of the page, enter your details (name, email, password), and verify your email. You can also create an account during checkout.
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact Customer Support immediately. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Click the link or enter the number on the carrier’s website. You can also check on the Order Tracking page.
For security, we do not store full credit card details. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local regulations. The final amount is shown at checkout.
We ship to multiple countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability, or check our Shipping Policy page.
Most orders ship together, but if items are from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. You’ll be notified if split shipments occur.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For most orders we offer Free Returns. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.
Contact Customer Support with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a return or exchange at no cost.
Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or refund.
After receiving a return authorization, send the item to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

If your order hasn’t been processed, contact us ASAP. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return it.
